Gentoo Weekly Newsletter -- October 17, 2005
Posted on October 17, 2005 by Ulrich Plate

tux

A new tool for editing USE flags and keywords has been released last week, and the Gentoo Weekly Newsletter expresses some hope that it will facilitate package testing for some of the more obscure architectures. In other news, the Gentoo Forums are on the brink of introducing subforums and call for beta testers, the more the merrier. Professional Gentoo support services and other international news, our press digest and a tip on how to make your plain ext3 partitions more performant complete this week's report, together with the bug statistics and the security announcements from the last week. Enjoy your GWN!
