Новые LiveCD и stage tarballs были выпущены для платформы AMD64. Изменения включают в себя много новых пакетов, различные патчи и другие улучшения. Счастливые обладатели процессора Opteron могут принять участие в тестировании, что поможет нам в портировании Gentoo Linux на архитектуру AMD64 .
Форумы Gentoo — новые вехи
