Our room will be AW1.124. The capacity is 59 seats. Hours we have it Saturday: 14:00 -> 19:00 Hours we have it Sunday: 09:00 -> 18:00

Note that on Saturday, it is not possible to use the room before 14:00 as university courses are being held in all rooms until then. We should start our schedule at 14:15 as we most probably won't be able to enter before 14:00. For that reason, The event will end at 19:00 on Saturday (instead of 18:00).
