What we do, and who we are

The Gentoo Seeds team looks after the packages in the 'seeds' category of Portage. The 'seeds' are out-of-the-box setups of Gentoo for common tasks, such as web serving.

2.  Project Goals

Our goal is to provide tailored releases of Gentoo, suitable for quickly seeding a box with Gentoo.
